Tiger! Tiger! Burning bright!

Its rare to walk into a gallery and to be stunned by an exhibition. But tonight’s opening of The Perfect Foil by Robert Mach (brother of David) in the Smith gallery came as a complete surprise.
 
For Robert has constructed an entire exhibition out of foil wrappers. The result is a contemporary art exhibition that’s accessible, whimsical and speaks to us all whatever our age.
 
And the centrepiece is this larger than life tiger covered in the foil wrappers of the iconic Tunnock cakes . It comes to Stirling direct from the Royal Academy of the Arts.
