A Blooming Day.......

Well.........I guess I start at the beginning...
Beautiful morning!   The weather's been wonderful since Ida came through and raised havoc on the rest of the country.

I had a dental appointment....  3 root canals.   That wasn't much fun, in fact it was awful.    I have had 4 front teeth die from the radiation I went through.   The dentist told me today that all 3, so far, have had shriveled nerves and no blood supply.That has made them even more difficult.  If there had been protection around my most, jaw and nose there is good possibility the teeth might not have died.  But the fact is they did die and now I have to get them fixed.  I have to go back for one more next week.  Thats the prep work for restoration.   What a pain in my Tooth!
      I didn't let the aches stop me this evening.  I got out on my bike and rode 11.4 miles for the GCC challenge.   I figured out that if I ride 26 days of 30 (factoring in possible rainy days) and get 11+ miles each time I ride, I will complete 300 miles.  Anything greater than that is extra gravy!!!

Todays Blip is the front entrance of a newly opened area.  The flowers are coleus and something yellow.   They will last most of the winter.   The picture is not crooked, but rather I was standing on a hill, straddling my bike getting the photo.
