Parkrun

Volunteering duties for me again at parkrun. This week I was handing the finishing tokens to the 302 runners, walkers and plodders who took part.

Afterwards I popped into my mums as she got an 11 week puppy working cocker spaniel yesterday. That should be fun!

Then MrsT and I went to the cricket club for lunch. They had a German Shepard event on with stalls, etc.

We enjoyed a spicy falafel from the lad who grows all his own ingredients (where possible).

L at gymnastics this afternoon down at Lasswade so will get a few things sorted out around the house before this evening.
