New board game - Tinner's Trail arrived by way of the Kickstarter process (a crowdfunding method of financing new products & projects, favoured by small board game publishers these days).

Punched and sorted but not yet played.

Boardgamers are a funny lot.  There was some debate on Facebook, triggered by miffed Cornish gamers, that the portrayal of the Cornish landscape was rather 'unresearched' with the whitewashed terracotta-tiled buildings being more typical of the Mediterranean than English Channel.  That the smallest depicted cottage is about half a mile wide, and the mines five miles high, and some in bright pink, didn't bother anyone at all.
