Grantown-on-Spey

Well - the quite large family group which spent last week up on Orkney has now split into several separate trips (all heading South!) ... 'R' and I are subsequently in Grantown-on-Spey for the next 7-days ;-)

The snap here is of one of the entrance gates to Castle Grant, which sits on the edge of the town, and is the former ancestral seat of the Clan Grant chiefs of Strathspey!

Plenty of walking now planned for this week :-)
