Alderford Lake

I tried a different Park Run today with Dad- Alderford Lake near Whitchurch. It was all off road which was nice but always harder than road running. Oddly, we had to queue to get in because they were making everyone sign a waiver, which is unusual for Park Run, you usually just turn up and go.

Aside from that a fairly quiet day, just the hairdresser and food shop.
