International fitness showcase

Well today was the international fitness showcase and I started doing classes at 7am!!

After 11 hours and 11 classes, a few bottles of energy drinks, and a bottle of protein I am well and truly knackered - but it's been an awesome day!!

This is the pic from my step class were there was over 400 people stepping at one time!!!
