What a Difference a Day Makes....

Had to cancel a trip to Surrey for a birthday tea party with 2 year old granddaughter Poppy. The family members I was going with decided not to risk the weather, as they would be taking their own baby. As I was up and ready, I made an early trip to town. Last year on this day, for her first birthday, we had a party in the sunshine, on the lawn in New Malden, with a fun castle for the older children. It doesn't seem possible now that it is cold and snowing. This shot was taken as I waited to catch a bus home. You can see Christ's College across the road.
