Two rather grumpy looking crows

It was my turn to take one of our elderly members to church this morning. Colin is actually very fit but he doesn't drive and  Sunday public transport is very unreliable so we have a WhatsApp group called  'Lifts for Colin' which works very well with folk just saying when they are free to take a turn at being a chauffeur.

A good service but it was one of those days when it felt warmer outside than it did inside ..... a warm cushion would have been most acceptable as the chairs have no padding.

It's not too far from Colin's to the Heritage Park so I had a quick visit before coming home for lunch. No matter how hard I tried not to I kept nodding off the afternoon .... Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest!

The resident Jackdaws and Magpies are more attractive looking birds but they were too busy hopping about among the rocks and hoping that someone would have a bag of bread crumbs.
