Frog of the day

This is one of the frogs that I encountered as I weeded in our back garden this afternoon. His/her presence brings me joy, unlike that of the (plump) mice that have been raiding our bird feeders (now moved well out of the reach of their tiny, greedy, paws).

Mr hazelh also joined me in the garden. He mowed the lawn, climbed into the tricky places to remove weeds that were too difficult for me to attack with my gammy leg, and watered the whole garden at the end of the day.
