Tongue at work.
A very normal Sunday. Quite a lot of lazing about. Took my camera into the garden but insects in the back garden were few and far between although a red admiral made a brief appearance on the buddleia which is almost over. Had a look at the front and found an industrious little bee harvesting the geraniums then went to look at the poppies. This was where all the hoverflies had migrated to. They were zipping around getting in each other's way, making the most of the pollen. The lupins are beginning to flower again though so there may still be pollen after the poppies have gone.
About lunchtime I got motivated to clean the bathroom and afterwards loaded all the cut down holly into the car. Booked a slot online for the recycling tomorrow. Decided that was enough activity for the day and settled down with a book. Maybe I'll leap into action tomorrow but I doubt it.
