On my way to the print shop again because I noticed that there were sensor spots on the print I had done yesterday. That will never do and so I took in a cleaned up version. The shop lady was so helpful and reprinted without charging me. How about that? 

Max Spielman is part of the Timpson group and they have a brilliant management style of letting the staff determine how to run things locally. This good service will certainly encourage me to go back.
