George and the Giant Peach coloured buoy(Day 2312)

A trip through to Stromness this morning with my beautiful wife to check on the horses. I spent a fair amount of time sitting on a buoy giving George a scratch. It seems he just wants to spend time with me if I am in the field, which is really nice.
Home for a quick lunch then a wander out with Sigyn at Lyde.
Back home I got myself and T-rex organised and headed to town to meet up with a bunch of folk for a bit of a ride out. Nice to ride with a few folk again, but we were caught in the rain as we left Yesnaby (extra) and by the time I got home I was literally soaked to the skin. It reminded me exactly why I loathe riding in the rain.
