Punks

This is a disturbing new "pastime" that seems to be gaining ground here in downtown Boston -- hundreds of adolescents ganging together on bicycles and mini motos, and taking over the entire street (including the sidewalks). They block intersections (as can be seen here) and terrorize pedestrians, forcing them out of their way.  No one seems to stop them -- there is never any sign of the police.
