A shiny medal

for participating in the Sussex Triathlon at the beautiful Ashburnham Place. I was asked on Wednesday if I would do the run to replace an injured team member. Up at 5 am, at the venue at 6.30. A beautiful start to a lovely hot, sunny day. The run was supposed to be 10km but was actually only 8.8km. It was fun and I enjoyed running in these lovely grounds and we weren t last! Afterwards R and I visited a local charities fete and had a picnic and chill at the beach. Hope you all had a gd weekend!
