Entrance Mauritshuis Willemstad

Today we visited a couple of fortified areas and the town of Willemstad. This is the entrance to the house of Maurits. Built for Prince Maurits, son of William of Orange, in 1823. Looking inside you can see a statue of Maurits.

Willemstad is a cute town with old houses and surrounded by a fortified area.
