Postcard from St. Andrews

Having another staycation day this time over to St Andrews on the east coast, famous for its university, historical sites, sandy beaches and of course the place where Prince William met Kate (see extra).
It’s many years since we last visited it and I had forgotten just how attractive it is.
What’s not to like?
Today the streets were filled with young students in their red gowns for it’s the start of Freshers week and these three girls had just arrived from America.
