There are walkers up there somewhere

It's the South Wales Three Peaks Trial today. Brilliant weather for it of course. I expect they planned the date with care.

From the place where I took this picture, in the grounds of Abergavenny Castle, you should be able to see the top of the Sugar Loaf, but it is in the cloud, or the snow, or both.

I was supposed to be a a gouache landscape painting workshop today, but it was cancelled because of the snow.
