Bit if a festival down at the Mull of Galloway today never seen so many cars there.
To explain its Scotland's most southerly point with a lighthouse and views on a clear day to the Isle of Man, the Lake District, across the Solway and out west across the Irish Sea to Eire.
The road down to it is single track with passing places and a lot of the route is unfenced from livestock so apart from traffic - cows, sheep and Bulls are also encountered. Patience required.
They were blasting the refurbished fog horn, craft stalls, etc. bagpipes, practice rescues up the awesome cliffs by the coastguard rescue team.
The excellent cafe was busy as you might expect but well served.
