Heraklion

We have berthed in Heraklion, the capital of Crete, which was the centre of the Minoan civilisation.

It’s a lovely place, especially down by the harbour and the fortress. I enjoyed a soaking from the waves which were coming over the wall.

The weather Is also rather lovely also.
