Mono Monday...One

.........stalk of a grass seed head, I have seen some great mono images today, but I am keeping mine very simple....thanks to random_angel for hosting.
Health check this morning, all ok as far as we can tell, going back for an ECG though tomorrow, still being bothered by an irregular heart beat.
Lovely long call from a friend back in Somerset, and an email from the broadband provider to say the order has been completed, should be notified tomorrow of the connection date......ha, we will see!!
Gorgeous sunshine, and a read in the garden again this afternoon....very peaceful :)
