What a surprise for both of us

I told my husband way back in June to keep a couple of days free as I’d book a surprise. A week or so ago, I revealed that it was a trip on the railway from Appleby to Skipton, where we’d stay overnight & return the next morning. What I hadn’t realised was:
a) it wasn’t a steam train, and
b) I’d booked 4 seats, instead of the required 2
Like I said - surprises all round
