She'd been a bit crowded out recently. At least that bit's improved.

That this lovely, slightly crumbling, artistic, creative square (used to be the site of the Kaz on the right) has been taken over by student "flats" makes me annoyed.

Liverpool does some things well and others very well, but too often the $$$ cloud the vision. This is a case in point. At least they left Penelope alone, but surely they could have found a couple of quid to restore her vibrancy.
