No homework for me??!!

This morning I went to my very first agility class. I don't like to boast, but I was the bestest student ever apart from my silly puppy jumping up!!!!

There was me and 5 other doggies in the class but I was most definitely the most 'perfect pooch'.

Ann had brought me carrots as a 'treat' to lure me into good behaviour, but to be honest, much as I like carrots they're not really a very tasty treat. Some of the other doggies had sausage. Yum!

I was a bit disappointed because we didn't do any jumping. We just had to walk/run through the 'jumps' at ground level to teach us to get to our end goal. Mmmmmmm.................... my end goal was carrots. I'd rather have been jumping.

Having said that..................... I was excellent at zooming through the tunnel and I was also pretty good at jumping through the hoop. I don't need treats to lure me into doing exciting things like that.

And do you know what?.......................... At the end of the class we were given our homework. Our homework is.................... practising our wait, stay, come.

SERIOUSLY??? I've been able to do that since I was a weeny, teeny, little puppy??!! The teacher was well impressed with me today.
