Pizza party

Back to school day - glorious weather of course. Went to London for a meeting with a big Broadcaster.  We sat in a fancy hotel drinking fancy coffee and it was all rather pleasant.  Then Noemi and I had lunch before going into the office.  Nothing really worked, all the wifi passwords had expired which led to a frustrating afternoon.  And even though the entire floor was empty, except for FMUK Top Boss (of course) Noemi and I had to sit in separate rooms as the desks in our office were less than two metres apart.  Given we’d just had lunch together it was a trifle ludicrous. 

Home early evening picking up a taxi that had to go through country lanes as the A272 was closed…resurfacing works at the junction.  Vikram and John were already having their own the pizza party in the garden which was fun and it was lovely to be able to sit out at night, the first time since it was essential in order to see friends in the spring.
