Autumn has arrived

A misty day

Had a few things to catch up on after our holiday - haircut etc. I went to a different Barber because my usual one was closed. She did a really good job and I might go there again.

Afterwards, we had a walk along Broughty Ferry waterfront and this floral display, with no colourful heads and the misty background definitely made it feel that Autumn is here.

In the evening I had a long phone call from a Colleague who is in the States attending to family business. At the same time, I had an eye on the remarkable performance of 18 year old Emma Raducanu as she breezed into the Quarter Finals of the US Open tennis.
