Floored

I feel a bit floored at the moment by a company who told me that fitting new flooring in October in my late Dad’s house would be ‘no problem’.  Now I am told that it is a problem!  I am now waiting to see if they can do the first week in November (which is when I wanted to move in).  No money is paid to them yet, so I may consider another company if they can’t help.  I’m just wondering if they might all be very booked up though….I’m trying to calm down this evening!  I have chased up another company who have been promising us an estimate for the new bathroom for weeks.  It is now ‘promised’ tomorrow.  Feel a bit overwhelmed and frustrated today…end of rant!
