Snow Day

So family and friends gathered in the lakes for what is my birthday weekend, and despite reports on these pages only 2 days ago that I was crocked and not running, I decided to lead a run out over from Grasmere to Langdale and up the valley, if road running was like this we would all do it. What better way to spend a birthday morning.

To give the day balance, afternoon walk with cake and coffee, before returning for more cake and coffee and I now smell food cooking, a feast with some of my favourite people in the world. Life is good (and my ribs not too sore).
