The fields are looking beautiful at the mo all planted up with sunflowers around the edge of the crop.

We had a very melty hot ride after school (me on foot). Mike had to come down after work to do all the poo picking and lifting hay etc as I'm still not allowed.

I've done nearly 15,000 steps today - not much for me in normal health but pretty good considering 5 weeks ago today I'd just woken up in an ICU. Very tired tonight but happy.
