More sunflowers

What a fabulous  visit to the Open Studios showcase exhibition  at the Bield in Perth. My favourite  crafty jeweler Gillian Skene solved two birthday present problems.  I already  had one of her pieces, but lusted after another. With my birthday  coming up and Ru needing to chose something, I just helped him out.  I always think that if it's  something  You like, it's  better than someone else's  interpretation  of what you like.
The superb art on show was astoundingly creative  and fabulous  quality. My favourite  was a portrait  in oil. "Father and son". See extra.
As I was only a mile  away from the Sunflower field maze at Gloag farm, I just had to go. Star couldn't  see what the fuss was about.
