Jam making

I haven’t made jam for a few years now but I took a notion today and drove down the Clyde Valley to get some jam strawberries. I have been recycling jars, so I thought I might need to call on friends for supplies, but I did manage to find enough.
The jam seems to have turned out fine too - made in the big jam pot which i ‘borrowed’ from the Home Economics Dept. well over a decade ago. :)
