Rough

My plan was to have one last swim in the sea today for this year as the weather is turning tomorrow. However, the sea was rather rough and the waves quite high so we had to make do with just watching the waves although some people braved going in.
I forgot to say yesterday that we managed to persuade our water company that the meter reader had made a mistake although whether he actually attempted to look at the meter is debatable as it was covered in spiders’ webs. We are now happy with the revised bill.
