Cup of coffee

Today I returned a reconditioned Nespresso machine to the Tefal shop at Sterling Mills shopping outlet. It wouldn't pierce the coffee capsules and the water wasn't coming through. The lovely assistant gave me another one in exchange and also replaced the wasted coffee capsules. 10/10 for customer service. I had a deliciously creamy cappuccino when I got home. Heaven.
