Bothwell Castle

As I was in the area I though I would pop into Bothwell Castle to grab some pictures. 

Surprised to find it was closed and the permieter totally fenced off. Apparently they found some structural issues during an inspection and had to close due to the risk of falling masonry.  Unfortunately there was no sign of any work going on so not sure when it will reopen. 

I managed to get a shot though the gap in the fence sections which has a handle and a small space round it.
