Scunnered ....

..... not with new lever arch folder (top) which arrived today  and will be used  to hold notes from my autumn Gaelic classes as my first one (bottom) is now full.  Stationary always delights. 

However I am scunnered that  my request to be excused jury service cannot be granted at this time but will be reconsidered on the 11th. Grrr.

Aside that from that I had a pleasant day - pottering about the house and my new potting shed this morning and volunteering in the book shop this afternoon. Tea was pure comfort food - sausages, beans and mash. 

Weather looks set to break tomorrow but Sunday is forecast to be dry. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
