Cool Gadget....

I've had a problem with my washing machine for some time. It leaked on my neighbour and so I can't use it till it's fixed. A friend who lives about 15 minutes walk away was doing all my laundry during the week and I was taking some to the lovely man. It was a bit of a pain. Then I saw this gadget on sale in Maplin for £25 pounds. It's a washing machine - a bucket with a motor and holes in the lid to pour the water out. I can get my clothes washed now! Hooray!

Been having a quiet indoor day. I'm still pretty tired but not feeling too bad. I put some pictures up on Flickr which you can check out if you want. My favourites of the recent upload are the ones below.

Ooooh! I nearly forgot to tell you that I finally got some pictures accepted for Alamy so I was chuffed. My efforts seemed to tell me that a 6MP Nikon doesn't produce big enough pictures to hit the mark and the ISO has to be as low as possible for the photos to be sharp enough. The pictures I've taken without a tripod in typically grey West coast weather didn't make it. I was pleased to finally get some through the quality control.
