Calm and Kind

A bit of a nonstop busy day at work but I did manage another early morning walk in the field again. The sky started to cloud over in the afternoon and this evening there are spots of rain and a storm rumbling around. It was so warm last night (over 20 degrees) that I got little sleep. Hoping to do better tonight.

A calm view from my massage room to end the day! The plant at the window (whose name I can’t recall) was a small cutting when I was given it 5 or 6 years ago by a work colleague. It is a favourite plant because of its beautiful red and yellow flowers which appear each autumn.
