Gutted! x

What a long 2 days this has been. Sat up till midnight , then went to pick David up from work at 2am because the snow was so bad. Back home and into bed by 2.30am. Up at 7.30 to find another 8 inches of snow had fallen and it was still snowing. We then decided that the only thing to do was to cancel the party. Spent the morning phoning people to tell everyone then picked up Mum and Dads friends who had arrived in the week and were staying in their caravan.
Thank goodness David has let me use his truck for the last 2 days.
So tonights party has been reduces to 8 very good friends catching up and laughing about old times. David and i have ensured they have eaten and had a glass of bubbly to celebrate and i will taxi them all back to the hotel and B and B later.
So cheers Mum and Dad. Sorry the day didn't go to plan but we tried. Love you loads.xxx
