A little Mist, A Little Colour

It's a lot easier to get out for sunrise these days, though it doesn't always mean it will be colourful.  The best that it could be described is subtle.  At least it wasn't raining, which the weather forecast had hinted at first thing.

Another working day, punctuated by radiotherapy.  All went according to plan and if only I could overcome the indigestion that is plaguing me at the moment.  I provided a sample to the G.P. surgery this morning, so hopefully they might get to the bottom of it soon.  In the meantime its various options to treat the effects.
