It’s There for the Seeing
Thunderstorm with rain early, then cloudy with periods of more rain, though perfect temps. Another quiet day. We were able to sit under the awning, read, listen to music, and remain dry. I originally chose a dreary blip because the weather was forecast to be nasty all day. It finally cleared up and I walked over to the bath house. As I was leaving, I saw a bit of white puff under some leaves. And within an hour or less, I had this collection plus others. They were all within a hop, skip and jump of our campsite. I was dumbfounded with the discoveries. My son-in-law got great news today. He had a soft growth on his knee and has seen several specialists. They finally sent him to an oncologist for a biopsy and he has been terrified for weeks as he waited for the appointment. Turns out, it is a benign cyst that should disappear with meds. Thank you, Lord. Decided to start cross stitching again. Gosh, it sure is harder with these old eyes. I’ll blip the project as I get farther along. Hoping to give it as a Christmas gift but not sure which year, lol. Hubby is reading “A Tail of Two Cities” again and I am getting a chapter by chapter debrief. Some of it is rather harsh. Making baked crab cakes, salad and rice for dinner, another easy meal with minimal mess. Sending wishes for a calm day and thanks for your visits, stars and sweet comments.
