Scarlet firethorn

A very quiet day was had by Geordie and I.

We had a good walk in Shell bay woods this morning. There were lovely scents in the air, brought out by the rain, and much more birdsong than usual. Although it was raining lightly we saw no one.

This afternoon I read and pottered in the house. I even tried out the exercise bike that Mary-Ann gave me. I think I’m going to like it.
