Gloom

After yesterday’s glorious sunshine, today the city was shrouded in mist and it was drizzly. Another in person event, this time in New College, but otherwise all day in the office in a variety of online meetings, struggling with an email outage and problems once it returned.
Caught up with DR and MW as the tectonic plates shift and we tried to plan how to play the next few weeks and months.
Although I could just have curled up on the sofa I pushed myself out to Cosi fan Tutte in Haddington Church. Beautiful voices. Eerie to emerge into a misty churchyard when I left though…and I was pleased to get home in the end and get to bed.
