All’s well that ends well!

I very reluctantly went for a swim today, I though ‘it’s dull and windy and it will be miserable’ but in fact as I stepped outside it was warm, a gentle warm breeze and the water was the warmest yet! I had my beach buoy with me and stuck just to the whole length of the pier, it was a very high tide, my reluctance returned when I had to get out! So I got dried and dressed, back to the car, and I spied a Wheatear, there are a lot about again in certain areas. So I shot this one many many times, this was my favourite. It never ceases to amaze me their matchstick legs, very sure footed legs, and they fly a very long way to get here in the Autumn for the Winter. Amazing little creatures.
