New normal

I'm going to sound old....
I like to going to a counter and paying, it appears though that ordering from your car, at a machine and by an app are the new normal. I'm terrible at a drive through I get flustered and order the wrong thing. I'm not keen on having to download an app so this is the best of a bad bunch. I noticed Marks and Spencers cafes are getting these too. I'm sure much of it is covid related and protects staff so I know it is probably a sensible thing. I just prefer a good bit of customer service with a person.
(Admit there was still a till at this one just not a human in sight to do anything at it). Think yesterday's Mr Grumpy has yet to disappear ;)
