I had to go into town this morning for some ID checks for the new job. Got there early to do a few things beforehand (return a pair of trousers, buy a birthday card, post a parcel) but ended up having loads of time to spare before my appointment. Got a coffee while I waited, then in a classic move got distracted reading something and had to rush to make it in time.

Keith and Naomi had bought me a Pizza Workshop voucher for my birthday so we went out to spend it tonight. It was quite rainy so we thought we’d Uber, but nobody would take us so we ended up basically running there in the rain instead.

Delicious but boy were we full afterwards.
