Rosa Parks at the Bus Station

I enjoyed a city "walk about" around Eugene down town area today in the warm afternoon sun.

The sculpture of Rosa Parks holding a bouquet of spring flowers at the county bus terminal caught my eye.

She is a hero of major proportions to say the least.

The city sculptures are often decorated, but rarely defaced.

Eugene is such a fine place to live.
