Harperrig Reservoir

Today's swim was a return to my 5km venue, Harperrigg Reservoir in West Lothian.

Over a good while it has become popular with Paddle Boarders and swimmers and for a good distance swim, it's a great place to head for.

Today I caught up with a couple of friends and the time spent in the water was not as long as a couple of nights ago but it was still braw none the less.

Much discussion was had afterwards regarding which was the better venue, here or Threipmuir Reservoir.... Both have their plus/minus points and whilst for me Threipmuir comes out on top, it's good to come here every now and again!!
