The start of another academic year. Up early and the school day started with assembly and then over to Ely Cathedral for the first whole school service for around 18 months. Lovely to be back again, and seated. A straightforward day settling in lots of new students and continuing to get organised for the term ahead. The weather was warming up after a changeable few weeks. This is a close-up of a banner featuring St. Etheldreda and features the keys which used to be the logo for the King's School.
