Ouch!

Leo needed this after a knee to the nose in goalie training. We were worried he had broken it but the ice sorted the swell8 g and now we reckon it will be ok. He has a small indentation still visible in the top left bit of the bridge of his nose but that seems to be shrinking and refilling itself as it already looks less noticeable after a night’s sleep. So I will keep an eye on it but I am hoping we won’t need to take him for any treatment.

Thank goodness it was a weekend with no footie for him as he wouldn’t have been unable to play, so goodness knows who we would have put in goal. He should be finite for next weekend if it keeps healing up.

He had a good first few days at school. After a chat about all the sports stuff he has switched back to doing PE GCSE.  A few of his mates switched to that too which helped him feel better about it all.
