Typical for a 5 1/2 furlongs race.

Gaining speed after the home turn.
#3 Flaps, eased ahead of #6 Lilbitago.
Giving Jockey, Andres Osuna a 2nd place finish.
While Lilbitago and top jockey, Carl S. Williams
Settled for 4th place.

Next year the season is supposed to start in October,
Adding 3 more months to the schedule.
Good news for an old track, just added to
The National Register of Historic Places.

Afterall, it is the home of the original photo finish and
The first quarter horse race track in the US.
